My family loves Porter Road Pet Care. We have been using them for years for both boarding and grooming. They know our dog well, they’re excited to see her, and she loves them! They even noticed a very subtle change in her gait, which turned out to be arthritis. They’ve been super accommodating with taking our dog short notice when we have needed to suddenly hospitalize our son in Boston for a variety of medical emergencies over the years. We are so grateful for their excellent care during moments when we had 100 other things on our mind.

I went on my first vacation in years. My Riley has only been with me. I was a little nervous dropping him off but they were so patient. When I left I knew he was in good hands. I called to check on him and he was doing great. I picked him up today and he was happy and running around. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!

I am new to the area, so I did my research and found Porter Road Pet Care. We have a new “rescue dog” so I had my concerns. Wow, they were great!!! I can’t say it enough, our dog Ru didn’t want to leave! They also have a little webcam so we could check in on her. That was great for peace of mind, plus we saw their staff playing with her, cleaning out her spacious little home away form home. They even washed her bedding! Really, I can’t say enough. Staff was caring and even put up with us calling several times to check in on her. Great staff and highly recommend!
