The days do not have to be used consecutively, and can be spread out over multiple stays and multiple pets.
The days don’t have an expiration date.
Please note that the package covers only the daily rate. At checkout, you would still be responsible for any other fees that may apply, such as grooming, exercise, rentals, etc.
We can refund leftover nights at any time. When doing so, we calculate your actual usage and deduct any amount that had generated the savings, to make it as if you had paid for each night individually until that point. Basically, you only get the savings if you use all the pre-paid days, otherwise you will be charged at the standard rate per day.
Reservations are required. In the summer and on holidays there is typically a wait list.
We require a phone call ASAP. There is NO Cancellation fee. Please note that during the summer and holidays we always have a wait-list. If you are delayed in dropping off, notice is required or your spot will be given away.
Your pet will still receive the same exceptional care on those days but the office is not open for drop offs or pick ups
Other holidays, not listed above the office operates from 4 PM to 6 PM.
