Reservations

Reservations are required in the summer and on holidays.

Cancellations

We require a phone call ASAP or it could affect the priority of your next board. During the summer and holidays we always have a wait-list. If you are delayed in dropping off, notice is required or your spot will be given away.

Holidays Closed

New Year’s day, Easter Sunday, Independence day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas day.
**Your pet will still receive the same exceptional care on those days but the office is not open for drop offs or pick ups**

Other holidays, not listed above the office operates from 4 PM to 6 PM.
